Easy Marzipan aka Almond Paste Recipe

marzipan almond paste

Marzipan, also known as almond paste, is a versatile and delicious ingredient that has been cherished in baking and confectionery for centuries. With its rich, nutty flavor and pliable texture, marzipan can be added to pastries in many different ways. It is most well-known as a festive holiday ingredient in European-style pastries, but other cultures use a form of almond paste in their desserts as well– I especially like it in mooncakes!

Making your own marzipan at home is surprisingly simple! In this post, I am sharing how I make marzipan, which takes about 5 minutes!
